Implementing wireless technology, the GE Simon XT system installs quickly by licensed technicians, who carefully tests the system to ensure effective operation and ideal protection. Simon XT Panel

Two-way voice technology can decrease the possibility of false alarms. This two-way voice feature requires that the home have a land-line phone. A built-in LCD touchpad and status speaker for visual and voice messages for feedback make the GE Simon XT system the ideal way to keep homes and families safe and secure.

The Wireless GE Door and Window sensor allows alarm systems to be easily installed while providing a high level of protection for your home. The perimeter of your home is the first line of defense, separating you from the rest of the world. Over 80% of break-ins happen through a door. Doors and windows can be covered by these sensors, specifically designed to secure the openings to your home. Upon detecting that a door or window has been opened, these sensors alert the Guardian Protection 24-hour central monitoring station. These sensors also provide a very useful "voice-chime" feature, even when the alarm is disarmed, as they can alert occupants in the home when anyone enters or leaves the home, and alerts you as to which door or window was opened. This is very useful when you have little children you are trying to keep in the home.

The GE KeyChain Remote transmitter allows you to arm and disarm your system without using the keypad. It also comes equipped with a panic button for peace of mind while within your home, or even in range of your home.

The GE wireless multi-purpose Panic Button is water-resistant and functions as a wireless device used for activating police, fire, or medical alerts throughout your home. Once detected, it signals the dispatch experts at Guardian Protection’s 24-hour central monitoring station. They can then dispatch the fire department for you, saving you precious time to escape. This feature is also extremely useful in the event that a fire occurs while no one is home, as the fire department can be dispatched even before neighbors notice any smoke.

Motion Sensor (2 points)

The wireless GE Motion Sensors is a great way to secure the interior of your home. A well placed motion sensor can greatly enhance the security of your home by limiting the interior movement of an intruder. The sensors work using infrared technology that detect movement and heat signatures, sensing moving objects ranging more than three feet high and 40 pounds in weight, and are designed with small pets in mind.
